It's not by coincidence, that amongst all the sellers 7 day listings, is this one day listing.

It is against the ebay Terms and conditions and also against the law to sell copies of commercially available media.
However, unless someone reports them, and keeps reporting them they will get away with it.

You will usually find that the owner of the rights to the goods will get the fastest results, and take the dimmest view of sellers ripping them off.

you lot not got anything better to do with your time ...
bootleg copies ..... the companies who produce the originals and charge well over the odds invite this sort of behavior ... 70 quid for a few cd,s with a bit of lingo on it .. ?
£12.99 for a music cd (hmv)
£16.99 for a film on dvd youll watch once ....
let him sell it ...hes providing a service and has buyers wanting to save money .... the millionaires with their ridiculous mark ups on this kind of media should be had up in court, until they realise how greedy they are and reduce their prices .
ill get flack for this im sure ... but if you have so much time on your hands to report little people for selling little things then why not invest that time more correctly and report the perverts , child !!!!!! peddlers and big time fraudsters that frequent the net and ebay ..
in other words get a life0 -

I recall an earlier comment of yours..... Quote.....
"im an expert on this subject ...... ive been selling cd's on ebay that i have digitally enhanced (very time consuming) , the cd,s were the music of artists that had yet to release an album or single ..... i just obtained the music (wont go into it)"
If you feel that a person has no rights to ownership pre release, and, no rights to ownership post release, just when, if at all, do you feel they do have a right to ownership? The MSE Dictionary

tojo ..... your commenting on an area that even my solicitor says is grey ... as do ebay .... ive never sold bootleg music cd,s on ebay NEVER ......... and i still have my ebay account to prove it ....
its all to do with the intent of the artist and in this case i have contacted the artist in question to gain permission ...in many cases they see it as a way of helping them become known , ive also sent the artists the cd's i produced .
would i buy a bootleg cd ....... no ! ...... did i buy a £12.99 music cd from hmv before christmas ...yes , it was on the internet for £7.99 but i didnt have time for the postal service to get me it .
was i annoyed .... yes
would i grass people up to ebay for selling copies ...and so helping hmv make even more money ..... no ......... ill choose life0 -
Traidemark...
For the record, my buying policy and outlook is as per your own.
As a Footnote.... The 8 CD box set is freely available online for less than £35 delivered, which, IMHO ain't all that bad given it's limited appeal.
