Hi after recently cleaned my roof gutters, I noticed about 6 or 7 bees flying around the end & going inside. I think they are bumble bees not quite sure but they didn't sting & some of them looked quite large.

Could please advise me how best to deal with the situation, what damage will be caused if left too long?

Thx

Thanks for that my neighbours were panicking about what looked like a lot of bumble bees outside a bedroom yesterday. It seems that they just have to leave them and they'll go away eventually. (I have blocked up any available holes on my property though! ;))

When I had the exterminator round to take care of a wasp nest I mentioned some very persistent bumble bees that came and went from under our garden shed, he said if they were keeping out the way and not a huge number that we didnt have to worry. He said said it was very rare for a bumble bee nest to get out of hand and if we didnt bother them, they wouldnt bother us. Unlike the wasps who died a death that day ;)
