Holiday extras.com money back promise

Hi has anyone been successful in getting the airport parking for free from holiday extras under there "free if you find it for less " promise. I've just been searching and found lots of websites that prices are cheaper. I've read their terms for the offer and cant really find a catch. I was wondering if anyone have had success or failure with it before going ahead and booking with them, then claiming back the cost.
thanks in advance

I succeeded once, but once they cheated me. Take a screen shot to prove the price. Check that the conditions are the same.

Yes Ive claimed twice successfully for hotels only booking.
Failed once for Holiday inn Manchester Airport +15 Days parking. Holiday Extras use off hotel parking where as my competing price included on hotel parking. They did cancel the booking and refund me my money though.

I used Holiday Extras last year for parking. Found it cheaper the same night. Emailed them a screen shot, and received a phone call to tell me they would be giving me a full refund. The only downside is they don't do this until you arrive back. You have to give them a ring when you get home and then they process the refund.

I've booked through Essential Travel this year, who have a similar price guarantee. I've just had confirmation that then have approved my price match. These seem the better option as they are refunding immediately, I don't have to wait until I get home which means I can put the money towards spending money instead.

Oh, and if you are only booking with them in the hope of taking advantage of the price guarantee, make sure you pay extra for the cancellation. Normally it's only something like 50p anyway.
