Don't really know many people, all i seem to do is be at home and then go to work, go to bed and do it all again. Think i might put a notice in village post office for cleaning and ironing again. Thanks again. I will do what ever it takes to pay these debts off.

Hi Sammy I did this and found a nice hand written card was better than printed.
The biggest tip I can give you is put your hourly rate on the card so customers know up front the cost. Also advertise one off cleans or ironing. As it often leads to weekly :D

You normally only need 1 customer make sure they are happy and they will recommend you.I haven't advertised for about 5 years and cannot take all the work I am offered.

Lastly DO NOT sell yourself short have a look at what local companies are charging you will be amazed:eek:
Where there is muck there's brass as my dear old mum used to say.:D

Good luck to you I really admire your commitment and determination :T

Where abouts in the country are you ?

Hi mummy2threeboys and Mav, Thank you for your kind words. I am in North Yorkshire.
Get so fed up sometimes. Working as much as i can and getting nowhere fast! I am determined though! want a better life for my kids and sick of drowning in debt. The debts must go, no matter what i have to do. Hand written card going round to post office today...... Do have someone in mind that may want some cleaning doing and he loves my little one so would love to entertain him while i clean. I will get on to that one this week too.
Thanks for your support, it helps to talk about it. :)

Have you tried snowballing Sammie - it can really help you decide which debt to focus you over payment on if you have more than one. Even a few extra pounds a month can help.

Statement day today, so my new total is £895.86/£1200 #4.
