employer in administration owes me wages?

hi the company my partner works for has gone into administration today will i still get paid owed 3 weeks wages they are not telling us anything?

hi. I just went through this.
The liquidator should give you a form to claim outstanding payments, including:
- outstanding wages
- outstanding holiday pay
- statutory redundancy pay
All these payments are capped at £430 per week.
If you are not given notice by your employer you can also claim statutory notice (roughly 1 week per year worked), again capped at £430pw but you only get the claim form for this at the end of what would have been the notice period so I haven't done this bit yet.
Also claim Job Seekers Allowance as soon as employment is terminated as this cannot be backdated to when you first become eligible, it starts when you make the claim. Apply online and they will contact you for an appointment.0
