  • For the prescriptions DWP should send you a white card to show each time you renew or get new scripts etc. Do you have a current one that is in date? If yes then fine, if no ask for one.

    Hi,,thx for the kind words,certainly a relief to get it sorted,,,the letter that came said that a "computer generated letter of your entitlement to income support" had been issued,but all that was in the envelope was the 1 letter that explained what the decision was! whether this is supposed to be the letter of entitlement,or it is being posted to me,i do not know...i'm going to enquire about the white card though,thx for the heads up.

    sounds like they have just sent you an award notice,
    if you ring up and ask for an entitlement letter they will access another dialogue and send a full entitlement letter :)
