Invest in stakeholder pension or ISA?

I have £1,200 to invest, but I'm not sure which is the best option for me. (I have no debt).
I have a stakeholder pension into which I pay £80 a month. (This is then worth £100 due to the tax rebate from the government). I could pay all the money into that, or I could just pay it into an ISA.
At the moment I'm thinking the pension is the sensible option because interest rates are so low, but is there anything else I should consider?
