:mad:can someone explain to me why I have just been told by Talk-Talk that I can not have the 'corking great offer' because "there are to MANY Talk-Talk users in my area. I live in a small village in Hampshire!!

I would avoid Talk talk- their customer service is appallingly bad.

You only get the cheap Talk Talk deals if they have installed their own equipment in the exchange and unbundled the line (LLU).

I suspect there is one of 2 reasons why you cannot get it:

1) They have not LLU'd your exchange.

2) They have LLU'd your exchange but all of the equipment they have installed in it is being used by their customers.

If you look on the Samknows website it will tell you if TT have unbundled your exchange.

terrible customer service,wouldn't use them again if i was paid to!and i had to pay £60 to get the thing they put on your line removed when my contract ended.avoid at all cost!!!!

Sounds like all there exchange eqpt is being utilised. Wouldnt lose too much sleep about not being able to use them.:D
