Can anyone set up as a letting agent- or are the3re any legal prerequisits? Kind regards Sarh.

Dreaming is a pointless exercise if it only serves to reinforce your own limitations.For my familys sake I no longer dream, I will plan and I will try and if I fail I will try and try again.
Failing is far better than dreaming.

A similar response from me: even if anyone CAN set up as a lettings agent, the question for you is surely "how easy is it to make money as a lettings agent?" To which I'd say probably harder than you think ... given that there is plenty of competition out there, you have to attract landlords, and tenants. And then give a good service to both.Signature removed for peace of mind0
