So, in short, all four wheels just fell off the VCS gravy train, and all the other PPC's. Ignore them, or if you want to have some fun, print out the ruling and send them a copy with a letter asking if they forgot they just got told by a judge they have no legal authority to operate on other peoples land.
Thanks for this, I did read a story about them getting thrown out of court recently during my research. It's so tempting to fight back and give them a taste of their own medicine but is it worth it compared to ignoring them. You shouldnt forget that the car park owners are responsible for the actions of their agents, if i was you o would go for tesco.
Yes thanks for the reminder, this did occur to me. Maybe later in the summer when I return the UK I'll send them a letter.0 -

Its up to you. They are not a serious business, there like an annoying unpleasant 12 year old nephew that keeps pestering you for pocket money.
And lets not forget the ruling in
S.1 protection from Harassment Act
http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1997/40
Ferguson vs British Gas - http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWCA/Civ/2009/46.html
which confirmed its illegal to harass somone for an alleged unproven debt.**** I hereby relieve MSE of all legal responsibility for my post and assume personal responsible for all posts. If any Parking Pirates have a problem with my post then contact me for my solicitors address.*****0
