Water on Bathroom floor after shower, but not everytime!

Does anyone have any ideas? We are getting water on our bathroom floor after a shower, but not every time. There are four of us in the house, 2 adults, 2 teenage boys. It rarely happens when I shower, but mostly when the 3 males do. OH assures me he ensures the shower screen is properly in place (it's the type with 4 panels and a rubber seal at the bottom). The water seems to be 'clean' and can often appear well after the shower has finished....
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

If the panel folds like a concertina, is this done outside the bath, if so it will simply be run off.

The seal on the bottom could be worn or badly fitted, you can get replacements.

Does the seal actually sit on the bath or is there a gap?

Does the screen run all the way to the roof?

If not, then it might simply be splashing off the top of the taller family members and over the top of the screen!

That's exactly what happens in my house. I make a right old mess when showering, yet my much shorter gf doesn't leave a drip:D

Edit - Doh, didn't see the bit about the water appearing after you finished showering! In that case, where does the water appear? Is is right next to the shower panel? If so I reckon it's probably a poor fit somewhere as Grizzly has suggested, then it just slowly draining down the side

So... after someone finishes showering, have you stood in or near the bathroom to see where the water is coming from? Isn't that the thing to do?

I had a good look this morning - it seems to be coming from under the bath panel.

If it doesn't happen for you then that should rule out a leaking pipes.

The water must be running off the shower screen and pooling underneath, to seep out later.

Must be down to the way they shower or place the screen on the edge of the bath.

Have you asked hubby to double check how he uses the screen?

It is because they are heavier than you, when they stand in the bath it is going down, creating a gap between the bath and the wall and the water is getting through the sealant around the bath and thereby coming out through the bath panel.

    Reseal around the bath.

    Are the puddles foot shaped?
