Ulster Bank charges/fines its customers if they dont have money in the bank for transactions. Can the customers charge the bank for its failure to have their money in their accounts for payments/withdrawals etc??????????
Will the bank make a goodwill gesture to its customers for their technical gliches?????:mad:0 -
