Ulsterbank system off

Seems Ulsterbank system is off and no mine paid in or Direct debits out today. just spoke them and they are unsure when I wil be .
TOTAL 44 weeks lose. 6st 9.5lb :T

    Yeah its the same with Natwest and RBS awsell.
    Im an ex employee RBS Group

  • Ulster Bank charges/fines its customers if they dont have money in the bank for transactions. Can the customers charge the bank for its failure to have their money in their accounts for payments/withdrawals etc??????????

    Will the bank make a goodwill gesture to its customers for their technical gliches?????:mad:

    Possibly not system failures are covered in there terms and conditions.
