faulty sofa

Hi I was wondering if you could advice me on a my 2 3 seater reclining sofas I bought from harveys in march 2011 within the 1st year I had to have 2 of the recliner foot plates replaced now at the end seat of each sofa the leather has cracked and started to tear as the years garauntee is up I would like to know where I stand as I do not have another £700 for new ones
