Excel parking - when will they give up?

It's been over a year now since I got a "parking ticket" from excel parking. I was parked in one of their car parks in May last year. I had purchased a ticket, but it had a fallen from display. I appealed straight away and sent them a copy of the valid ticket, they refused to accept the appeal.

Over a year later, after a house move and numerous letters they are still clogging my letter box with threats of court action.

The way I see it they suffered no loss as I purchased a ticket and so they can't possibly have a claim for damages against me.

Will they ever give up?

It will take a bit more because you contacted them and if you do it again, it will start again.
    Are these letters franked ?
If so bob them back in the post box each time you pass, they scan the franking code, see it has already been used and charge them a penalty.
They will soon get sick of sending you letters to stick back in the postbox

Good tip! I will start doing that from now on.

It really is time that the someone in authority took action against these crooks.
