Barclaycard - praise where it's due

This probably won't get much reaction, but may be of some interest to people considering a Barclaycard balance transfer.

I processed a transfer at about 7.30 yesterday evening. It appeared on my Barclaycard online account this morning and, amazingly, has been received by Cahoot this morning.

12 hours from top to bottom. Not bad at all:T.

Just came off the phone with a Barclaycard Web Relation Manager - and my issue which has been ongoing since March - was completely resolved in 10 minutes.

Everything was explained to me properly, he told me what steps were going to be taken next and why Barclaycard operate in the ways I complained about and I'm now 100% happy with them again.

Just received my new card with them, phoned to activate it and wasn't given the hard sell, even though the activation sticker said "we may discuss products and services with you", which I took to read as "we WILL try to sell you anything we possibly can".

Not used the card yet but can't really foresee any problems.
