Best savings account for new baby?

Any suggestions for the best one? We would require the option to withdraw funds with no notice.

As a parent you are fairly limited on how much you can save for a baby before the interest starts being taxed.
Why do you need instant access?
Suggest you look at a cash ISA if you do need short term access.
If you are investing to generate a lump sum at 18 to fund university/ first car/ first house etc, you are much better off looking at a stock market investment to generate bigger returns over the longer term.
