    Will give him an email thanks, as stated in previous post I have already phoned Idealworld on the 10p a min number and await developments.

    Gave this guy an email,within a couple of hours a member of customer services gave me a call and offered a discount for my inconveniance. Agreed to what they offered so all I need now is the replacement washer sent to me and that should be that hopefully.
