Do the pre-paid card companies charge you each time you use it, ie do they charge you if you use the card to buy a bar of chocolate? Thanks0

If you've been offered a card @ 29%, why not just take it and pay the balance off in full each time it's due?
Better than prepaid cards by a mile...0
