anyone else noticed how the little 'report abuse' icon disapears and reapears, as does the option to delete your own posts?
is it part of the big change and how do we do this stuff when the normal links aren't there?

Could it depend on whether you are logged in or not? I certainly noticed more buttons once I registered (I was a long time lurker
)
