Help i have my brothers debt on my credit file!!!

Hi there i have just received my credit file and have my brothers details on my own file but under a different name!?
He is my twin so we share the same date of birth, is this how this appeared on my credit file?
He has about 30k worth of debt and is ruining my credit file what do i do?
Please help i cannot cope with the bad credit on my file :money:

Lol you cannot cope, no it shouldn't be like that as your name should differentiate him from you irrespective of the birth date. Id get your brother to inform the CRA and the lenders of this.0

Seriously i cannot cope!
Unfortunately i cannot get my brother to do this as he passed away 2011 in a car crash. (hence cannot cope)
I was only aware of this when i applied to upgrade my current ac. :mad:0 -
If he passed away, then the debt died with him.
Write to all of the agencies, and ask for a notice of disassociation to be placed on the file. Inform them of the difference in name, explain the shared birthday and request that it be noted that he has passed on.Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....
