Basically you sign up, download the software, get a 14 day trial and in that time you can get 35 free tracks. You download the tracks, import them into itunes, then pod them up! They are the same format as itunes.

Just remember to cancel before the 14 days are up otherwise it's £8.99 per month.

They do have a Mac version of the software.
