HP Photosmart 6510 won't print yellow.

Please could some one give me some advice regarding my HP Photosmart 6510. It says that the yellow cartridge is full but for some reason it wont print it. Every other colour is fine. We have tried replacing the cartridge but we have the same problem. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know!

    We did try cleaning the print heads. We ended up taking it back to the shop and hp have managed to fix it. So glad it was still under warranty! Thanks for your reply.
