VPL & Exercise

I feel self conscious enough at the gym without having VPL which clearly shows that my knickers are half way up my butt! It's not about posing, it's about feeling confident & comfortable!0

Definitely M&S thongs - I picked up some in the sale for £2 a pair. They're fab, so I bought 6 pairs! I would say though, make sure your joggers are thick enough. Nowt worse than being able to tell someone's wearing a thong because their trousers are thin and you can see through them! ;-) Or once, I was able to tell that the person in question had decided to take Hughjass' advice!Getting older is inevitable, growing up is optional :rotfl:0

For those that get their thong undies from M&S, do you get the no VPL ones or just the normal ones? I'm wearing my Asda ones as the moment, but just under jeans and they are very comfy, not been to the gym yet.0

IMO movement during exercise with full briefs....uncomfortable to say the least! (follow the movement of the briefs whilst running, a choice word would be stuffed) thats before they become sweat soaked and chaffe.
It does make a difference to wear exercise suitable underware.
It also makes a difference if you dress the part, surveys and tests have been done on this. If you make yourself feel fantastic in what you wear you get a boost of confidence and dread exercise that bit less.0 -

The non-vpl ones do still show, as I meantioned above, they show because they press on your skin and affect the shape which is so easy to see when wearing black lycra. It may work fine with skirts and less tight fabric but sports pants are another matter.
I get the thong versions which have edging to prevent slipping. Seems to work well anyway. 3 for £10 in M&S.0
