VPL & Exercise

Hi ladies,

Just wondering what undies everyone wears under their exercise clothes? I've just joined a gym but all my knickers (Matalan boy shorts) give me major VPL under my exercise leggings :o, so looking to get some new ones.

Thanks

My mum used to just use panty liners instead of knickers...

Or lots of ranges around with no VPL if you want to invest in a couple of pairs just for the gym.

Try George @ ASDA - full size knickers but no seams = comfort and class!

I was going to suggest Asda too. I've got a few pairs of seamless knickers from there in various colours/patterns, and they were all dead cheap.

A cotton g-string would be the thing to make sure your work-outs go with a swing. (Which would happen if you went with hughjass's idea!!)

I get my underware for the gym from M&S who sell g-string types which are very comfortable and some had special non-ride-up edging which does make a difference.

Don't get the "no vpl" stuff though, it does still show under gym lycra (unless its the g-string style stuff) even if its black!

I can't be the only only one thinking..so??? You wear panties, so does everyone else. Personnally, I'd rather be confronted with a VPL than a camel toe. :p And I'd much rather think the women exercising inches from me are wearing underwear instead of just one thin layer of tight lycra between their woopsies and my face!

Does it matter? Are you in the gym to exercise or to pose?

I'm not posing at the gym, but I would still prefer it if my underwear wasn't as noticeable. Anyway, went out last night and got some No VPL undies from Asda and will give them a go. Definitely not going commando :o
