• One (1) 5-day trip for two people, (prize can not be exchanged for its monetary value), with a choice of two routes; Catalonia and Andalusia (only one incentive/prize will be awarded to the winner).
• The trip includes; return flights to/from main UK airports to/from a destination in Spain, accommodation with breakfast included and a daily food allowance depending on the final programme once the trip has been booked, airport transfers and any guided excursions/tours as part of the programme.

The first 1,000 participants to register in www.oliveoilsfromeurope.com will have a copy of the book about the marvellous, mouthwatering, intriguing, wholesome, remarkable and incredible world of Olive Oils delivered to their homes free of charge.


RESTRICTIONS:

• The winner must be of legal age (older than 18).
• The trip must be taken from 1 November to 16 December 2012 or 7 January to 31 January 2013. This excludes high season as well as national or local holidays.

RULES AND REGULATIONS “UK OLIVE OIL PROMOTIONAL TOUR CONTEST”



PERIOD OF VALIDITY, SCOPE OF THE PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY AND DRAW BEFORE A NOTARY PUBLIC:

Olive Oil promotional activities will be limited to the United Kingdom and its residents.
The promotion lasts from 17 June to 17 August 2012.
There will be an official draw before a notary public in Valencia (Spain) on 6 September 2012 whereby the names of 1 winner and 2 reserve winners will be drawn.


PRIZE:

One (1) 5-day trip for two people, (prize can not be exchanged for its monetary value), with a choice of two routes; Catalonia and Andalusia (only one incentive/prize will be awarded to the winner).

WORKINGS:

Each participant should enter the https://www.oliveoilsfromeurope.com portal and complete their registration form.
Participants can also take part by filling out one of the promotional pamphlets being handed out by hostesses at the promotional venue site of the Olive Oil Tour (for more information, please see the microsite)
All those who duly complete the mandatory fields of the form and do so within the required time period are eligible to take part in the promotion.

PUBLICATION OF THE WINNER AND PRESENTATION OF THE PRIZE:

The winner of the draw before notary public will be notified within ten (10) days of the draw on the microsite (https://www.oliveoilsfromeurope.com) via telephone or via email.
The winner has 15 working days from the date of publication of their name via one of the aforementioned communication channels. If the prize is not claimed within the specified period, it will be understood as an unspoken renunciation of the prize and will be awarded to the reserve participant.
Prizes not claimed by the interested party or by not submitting the necessary documentation (ID/passport), will become the property of the Spanish Interoperational Olive Oil Organisation.
