What is an AUC warranty?0 -
Joeler,
If you're within distance of SE London, I can recommend an excellent mechanic who has dealt with BMWs for 20 years. The kit is the same price, but he charges a lot less than a dealership for a service and labour.
BBSome days, it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps....

BMW dealerships are very competitive now and often cheaper than a good Indy specialist.0 -

I ask sure that they have technology to check the ecu, if they didn't it is either they couldn't be bothered or choose not to as you were a customer who they would like to see again. Should there start being issues with some remaps you can rest assured they will stop fixing modded cars under warranty.
BMW will have ways of checking, for instance I understand that some information is kept on the key of a BMW, this can be checked against what the ecu says may reveal issues.0 -
I always fancied a BMW,just for the freedom of never having to indicate ever again.

You also get a free hairy chest wig and bottle of Tabac aftershave if you buy one."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0 -

We had the 535d M-Sport saloon on a '10' plate!
In our case, BMW were cheaper than HSBC by a mile for finance, and we managed to get 60k of servicing for nothing, too!
The HP finished in March and we've moved on to the Jag XJ but IMO, the BMW was the much better car for the same money.

Nice car I have must say I do love BMWs and have been fortunate to own quite a few not new I must say by all means but always 5 years old and apart from the price of removing the swirl flaps and the stats being changed as it wasn't regenerating at correct temp nothing else in the last 4 years.
I have test drove the 335d and that was like lightning.0
