Estate Agents is there a cooling-off period

Signed up with EA's to market my house on 6 June, not happy with them at all, is there such a thing as a 14 day cooling off period.
I had to chase them to put the property on their website, still not showing on Rightmove, its on Zoopla. Specifically stated NO BOARD, went home yesterday yep a board up (personal reasons). I live in a quiet side street with no passing traffic so nobody would see it anyway.
Really really ticked off with them
