Best pet insurance

So my cat got out again today and was in such a bad state he had to go to the vet and get a tooth extracted and stitches done on his gum.
The bill came to about £250, plus probably more when I go back in 2 days time and with other bills coming this month i'm going to seriously struggle so looking into getting pet insurance
It HAS TO COVER AN ACCIDENT and it would be great if it covered illness if he gets an illness- and can you get cover for when they are jabbed, fleaed etc?
Whats the best to go with? Been looking at Tesco but its confusing with what it covers.

Every insurance will cover accident but none will cover a pre-existing condtion.... How old is the cat?

Sorry I can not remember - have you actually ever spoken to the owners of the cat that is forever attacking yours? If so, what do they say?
As mentioned before, I have a unneutered tom cat harassing my lot but so far luckily no damage as such was done as I am fast out with the dog if I hear a fight - talking to his owners was useless... so I do feel for you and your cat0
