Travel Insurance for odd group - advice please!

Hi

I've booked a trip to France in September for a week and am looking for cheap travel insurance, my holiday company (Eurocamp) is asking for £100.
However due to the odd make up of our group I can't use the comparison sites. There are 4 adults and one child and we are a family, me and three of my children (obviously 2 now over 18) plus son's girlfriend. The options are; family - but that will only allow 2 adults or small group - which won't allow under 18s:mad:
so has anybody any suggestions of where to start?? a broker maybe?? or am I going to have to get separate insurance policies?? Or I thought about getting a quote excluding my under 18 and then contacting directly the cheaper providers to ask about adding him?
Help!!!:o
Thanks
Jayne

No, they're not and I find that the comparison sites just reject DOBs for over 18s on the family option!

Whatever you end up with make sure they all are covered by
    FREE EHIC cards.

Just a suggestion. Use the comparison site for you, see which is the best option (and has a phone number you can call without it costing more than the insurance) and then give them a ring. Quoteline direct deals with all types of insurances to name but one but many on the comparison site are actually brokers as such. The AA for example does not supply the insurance themselves they run through the same process as any other comp. site. It will same time and hassle just ringing one of them and running through the options. Don't forget any medical conditions, however minor or they can void the whole insurance. They/you might not cover for them if it costs a great deal more but you must inform them of anything you think relevant. Yes, EHIC for each person and although insurance is a must please read below. Applies to anyone else who has a cronic condition, but who has never been ill and is struggling with insurances and prices.
'The EHIC covers any treatment you need for a chronic disease or pre-existing illness. You need to make arrangements in advance for kidney dialysis and oxygen therapy. To arrange for kidney dialysis while you're away, contact the NHS renal unit in the UK before you travel. For limited information on oxygen supply services in the EEA countries and Switzerland':).
