I got rid of nuisance calls :)

Last 2 weeks I was getting about 5-7 nuisance calls a day, then the other day I decided to tackle 2 of them, and I have not really heard anything since.

Once was those "your hard drive is infected"

The other was the surveys.

The second one, is annoying but what can you do, tell them to remove you from the marketing list as Martin says.

They both refused, even when you ask and speak as if you are on another planet. But it seems that they have done something as I have not had any calls yet.

I told the "your hd is infected" guy where to stick it and did not give him any sympathy, the second guy I just asked nicely and he still maintained they could not remove the number but I kept on and he said he would see what he could do.

I have to try that some time! They don't call that often as they do at your place, but it already gets annoying if they call more then once a week...
