so i open my post to find my statement (thinking thats odd - i chose paperless banking) only to finda tiny little leaflet saying they are putting my overdraft rate up to 14% unless i switch to the moneyback debit card!
i only moved in december and although i am on the electoral roll i bet it hasnt yet been updated with the CRAs - who is likely to take me if i decide to move?

I never bother about overdraft rate because I never use it. There are better ways to borrow money on regular basis. If you use overdraft just occasionally and for very short periods interest rate does not matter. I do not think that overdraft rate is a good reason to change bank. However, if it is so important for you go to Cahoot with £250 free overdraft or to Nationwide with 7.75% (read Best Current Account article)0
