Get £100, use ESaver, 6 months later open the account again and open regular saver :)

Do they just give out £100 willy nilly, or do you need a 'reasonable' reason for leaving?

You need to complain and they have to agree that it was a legitimate reason.

If you want to complain how about internet banking, it's not the best for a start there are many faults already discussed on previous threads about the internet banking service.

Your figures aren't really accurate because you don't include the interest you would earn on the balance of the £3,600 in a feeder account before it goes into the regular saver. You can also earn interest by using the £250 interest free overdraft. Set against this you could also earn interest on the £100 bonus were you to receive it.
