You are not the only one! I ordered as everyone was raving about the stuff . The red spotty boxes, I used for the first time today and the pattern rubs off very easily. The zinc planters are scratched and covered in what looks like dried clay over the pattern . The bamboo trays are useless as they are tiny , thought they would be useful as someone said they used them for craft things ?

As hard as I try, I cannot get the spotty pattern to come off! I was a little disappointed with a few of 10p children's items - but for 10p what was I expecting? I really like the white sage incense sticks, but not so keen on the fairy ones, although my daughter prefers those. The various bags are brilliant for storing bedding etc and I'm happy with the old fashioned children's jigsaws and card games.

Regarding vintage zinc planters, which I can see are a little scratched if I examine closely, because they are supposed to be retro, these marks don't really bother me for that price. They look very nice on my balcony, planted up with herbs. In fact, I'm so pleased have just ordered some more - 4th order!

I had a big order delivered yesterday, but the mini jigsaws I'd ordered were missing. I emailed them straight away, using the contact us form on the website. I had a reply within the hour, apologising. I received the missing bits in the post this morning. Very pleased with their customer service!

i ordered yesterday as i've had to wait until money went into my account & was gutted the spotty boxes were out of stock wanted to get some for my mum who's really got into baking lately so that she'd have some boxes to send us home with cakes in lol oh well!! :rotfl:

I got a response within an hour and a half from customer services stating that they will send some out today.

I imagine everything is rather insane in the warehouse for them at the moment so i'll let them off! (Especially if they are going to be as quick as that Thriftyemma!)

Got my order today - lovely items. The sets of pencils in pots are fantastic for the money. Also got the little plants in the tins - so so cute.

Do the tins say when the seeds should be planted? I am wondering if it's too late for sunflowers, am hoping to put them in party bags this month.
