Laptop Frustration! Need Help!

Ok so we've established that the issue isn't the FPS rate.
It was running at a max of 40fps when I installed those things from that link (not sure what it was before that should have checked really).
Anyway it was still skipping.
I had hoped it might fix the issue and save me getting a new laptop

There's been a change of plan. We're going to get a PC now not a laptop. A laptop is too temperamental, if it breaks it's a lot to fix or you have to get a new one. My fella is going to build me a PC, so it will be to my specifications and can be upgraded as needed :-D.
Ordered the computer desk online today, need to get the chair next then start buying the PC parts. Saves struggling to save too as we can buy a part as soon as we get the money.Total Weight Loss Progress = -17lbs
