Does this card need activation on the phone after receiving it and is online management (banking) possible without OTP ?
Can Santander customers with just the credit card provide answers please.

It needs activating - I activated mine online
It requires OTP to set up a direct debit online , balance transfer (and card activation from memory)
If you are using online banking for other Santander accounts , then you should be able to view the card and pay the bill by debit card without OTP
I have the credit card and current account and didn't spot that you were only seeking answers from customers with just the credit card before typing this also I do not think there is a paperless / PDF option for credit card statements , only current accounts were listed in the paperless sectionHi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
