Uninsured Losses for NON FAULT Car Accident

Hi, my car got reversed into whilst i was stood nearby with a witness. The lady obviously admitted fault, and although the damage was minor, the car is an 09 Porsche 911, the repair cost was going to be high and so it went through her insurance.
I had just had the car inspected a couple of days prior to the incident so I could extend the warranty ready to sell it.
The car went to a a Porsche approved garage, who appointed Accodent Exchange to handle it.
It has taken the garage over a month to repair the damage. They originally advised a week to 10 days.
The repair work has also not been great and the car had to be sent back because you could see where it had been tapped up.
Cn I claim uninsured lose because of the length of time the garage has had the car and the fact it has knocked a month off the warranty?
Is there also anything else I can claim for, as I understand that depending on my insurance company, my premium next year will increase because of a non fault accident.
My insurance is expensive enough, why should i have to pay out extra because of somebody else's crap driving?
Can I claim for this too?

Did you choose the garage, or did the insurance company?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Unfortunately I chose the garage. They are the approved body shop of the local Porsche dealer.0

When you use your own choice of garage, any problems with the garage are between you and the garage.
Take it up with Porsche.0 -

Not really, were you provided with a hire car? If so there is your alternate means of transport.0 -
What about depreciation due to a month without the car?
Porsche, Ashton's etc can lose circa £1k per month.0 -

The car would have still depreciated whether or not it was in dock! The OP's garage could do nothing to stop that happening! (Or cause it to happen!)0 -
You seem to be more interested in 'getting money' than actually claiming for genuine heads of claim0

they could claim the cars in better condition than when it went in for repair so you owe them.
Its worth the same money whether its sitting at the repair shop or outside yours. What about the lower mileage because your using their car?
Is your car not worth more now because of that?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
