Fidelity Moneybuilder UK Index

I'm almost certain I'm going to put £500 into the Fidelity Moneybuilder UK Index ISA. The TER is .30% and the annual management charge is .10%. That sounds low to me, is it? This is my first experience with stocks and shares.
Now I'm wondering where I saw that it's an ISA, and how I get it as one?

Its not bad but its not the cheapest. Vanguard, HSBC, Blackrock Class D, L&G I are all cheaper.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
