How much have/will you spend today Friday 16/3?

Good morning lovely DFWs :)

I know it's not officially morning yet but I can't sleep :( Feeling very stressed with work at the moment and financially, things are tight between now and April's payday. Just got million things buzzing around my head and the OH's snoring is not exactly helping either

Today will be a non spender as I have all I need and lunch is already waiting for me in the fridge at work! I am hoping if I come under budget for the week, it may help relieve some of the anxiety

Anyway, have a great day and keep it low!

Moozie x

Up late Moozie? I'm the morning stressed out at work crew! Feeling for you hun.

Hoping for a no spender today. I don't intend to leave the house at all. Technically speaking I should really be off sick. However, I have too much to do and a big work deadline on Tuesday so once again I am working from home.

Still, this should all contribute to a nice no spend day for me!!

Hope you managed to get back to bed Moozie.

    Morning everyone,

I have an expensive day ahead as the car needs a couple of things doing - brakes - disks and pads and another thing that I can't remember  They were highlighted during the MOT and as I drive so many miles for work, I don't want to take any chances.

Otherwise, it will be paella for dinner tonight in the freezer and another attempt at some bread today in the BM. I have been having a bit of bad luck with the BM using the fastbake setting so I think I will try another one today.

Anyway, hope everyone has a great Friday - roll on the weekend!:T
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D

Gonna be spending more than I want to today. Normally spend £5 on a Friday (lottery, out to lunch), however as its Comic Relief, the kids have got to take money to school so it'll be an additional £3.

Never mind though its for a good cause.

Hope you all have a good day (Moozie, hope you managed to get some shut eye).

Big love to gorgeous Moozie, and to everyone else :)

I have the day off today, hurrah! Am going to walk to Lidl in a moment and get some bits for some batch cooking. Intend to make and freeze a lamb/leek/cheesey shepherds pie, a bolognaise, a curry and possibly bake some gingerbread. Mmmm... Estimate £8 in Lidl. And maybe £4 in the turkish supermarket if i feel like walking that far! Budgeted food spend though, so all good. Lidl have that nice red grape juice on offer, so that will please OH.

I just ate a tin of tuna for breakfast though, as there is nothing much in the house. Bah.

oooh while i managed to save 50p by not getting a scone (oh how i wish i had)

Ive got to book flights to Krakow tonight.. it actually costs the same to go to Krakow for 3 nights 4 days than a weekend in Manchester that we had planned.

    Go figure!
  • today is a non-spender for me not by choice though simply dont have anything, spent my last 95p on a bar of asda chocolate for the wife and son last night. I dont get paid till end of the month so iv got another week to go and havn't got any money at all, already planning meals and bills for when I get paid.

DH got some brilliant news this morning,he got a £260 tax rebate :j so that will help with everything :j

Today will be a no spender except groceries, but that isn't in the challenge (thank goodness ;) )
