Chargebacks - HELP!

Hi,

Not sure if this is in the correct area of the forum but wasn't sure where to post.

I've been in touch with Consumer Direct over an issue and they told me I can obtain a chargeback from my bank (Santander).

I was wondering if anyone's had experience with this before and what the process is?

What was the issue you had?

Why do you think a chargeback would be appropriate in this instance?

Didn't Consumer Direct explain how to go about asking for a chargeback?

Have you called your card provider to discuss the matter with them yet?

santander want you to wait 30 days (after transaction made) before they dispute a transaction and do a charge back,
