    That's because there is no criminal offence for the police to get involved in, silly. This is purely a civil matter. At the end of the two weeks just change the locks and leave his stuff outside in black rubbish sacks. It might be wise to warn him that this is what you intend to do if he doesn't sling his hook by X date.
