A few nights in Paris

I am planning to take my wife and the little one (1 year in August) to Paris around 20th August for 3 to 4 nights. Could someone recommend any affordable hotels in or around the City? As our little one will be with us, would prefer something which is easily accessible from the airport and the city.
Budget is quite tight as always
Thanks

To be honest I wouldn't say that the airport is "easily" accessible from anywhere much, unless you want to stay somewhere along the RER B (which I wouldn't recommend - awful train line leading to generally awful places).
I'd recommend the area around Pereire in the 17th (take RER B to St-Michel-Notre-Dame than change here for RER C to Pereire), and the 15th arrondissement in general (RER B to St-Michel-Notre-Dame and then RER C to Javel) as good starting points. But I recommend them because I know the areas, having worked in them since 2008, so I couldn't recommend any hotels specifically and others may have different experiences. But these areas are nice, residential, safe, and not too far from major attractions (from Pereire, for instance, you can be at St-Lazare - where the big shops are - in 5 minutes on metro line 3, and from Javel you can be at the Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower in 2 minutes flat). They are also not too touristy so you should also avoid paying through the nose on accommodation this way.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions.0
