Paypal not sending email conf.

Have signed up a second email address to my paypal account, but they have not yet sent me the email confirmation, in which I click the link to confirm to do it when normally stuff like that would be automatic, I have also tried getting them to resend the email
And I have checked the address and I have not made any typos etc
Ideas?

Don't worry just sorted it, I assume their smtp servers are slow because its currently about 7.30pm in America, prime time to buy stuff!0
