Address for Tax credits

i have just failed the security check having waited 20 minutes for the phone to be answered by HMRC - forgot the surname of my best childhood friend and apparently there is NO OTHER WAY of confirming my identity so i have to attend an interview in person to confirm it. However, since i work at a residential school about 50 miles away from my home, that isn't going to happen.

i just need to confirm my income for the year to finalise my claim. I closed it in August so they just want my final income figures so presumably I can put this in writing to them. However I notice there are 2 slightly different addresses on the info they sent to me - one on the Annual review letter and a different one on the accompanying Notes sheet. One is PR1 0YP and the other is PR1 4AT. Can anyone advise me which address I should post the letter to please?
