What about a simple NO as an answer?

And that's a NO from me too, don't need one, If I kick it I have nothing but debt to leave, whoever wants that can fight all they want over it :rotfl:
I am trying, honest;) very trying according to my dear OH:rotfl:

I have a will, was 21 when I first made it, was a single mum then so it was important for my child, as I was her only legal guardian. It's important for a lot more than money, especially families that aren't married as there is no such thing as common law wife/husband, or indeed for children of different parentage.

I've 2 kids now, but we're not yet married till next year so changed it when we bought our home in 2010 and will change it again next year once we're married, am 30 now.

I know my parents don't have wills, they're 50, and they don't think thy need one

So do you not do the lottery? What if you won and then had a massive heart attack? (See the way I only wish you the good things in life! :rotfl: )

    No

I was going to get one when i bought my house, but then got engaged - so it would be invalidated anyway.

Will do one after I get married

Hope you don't mind me asking, but why would it be invalid?

Marriage will automatically invalidate the will unless the will was written in contemplation of the marriage and specifically refers to it.

Thanks for the feedback guys very useful indeed! I would put a NO option in but cant work out how to edit a poll...
