I asked to transfer my old points to my new card and was told instore that I can't do that.

I emailed customer service and asked them and they ignored my question.

EVERYONE LOVES NANDOS, even though it's just the same thing every time - Chicken and chips. Gets very repetitive, but I still go there every now and then, for the social aspect I suppose.

Oh and it's great if you like queues... queues for seats, queues for food, queues for drinks.

Try a different branch. I brought in 2 old cards, and they transferred their sum to a single, new card.

You can buy the stamp on ebay, then fill cards up and sell them or use them yourself, but I would never do that.
This has been ongoing and think Nandos are trying to stamp it out (see what I did there) lol
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

Went once, and for the last time as well. Dont know what people see in the place. Just to add that there portion sizes are really small!
Old Faithful we roam the range together,
Old Faithful in any kind of weather,
When the round up days are over,
And the Boulevard’s white with clover,
For you old faithful pal of mine.

The Nandos cards are annoying. Each time you spend £6+ you get a stamp.

But if you spend £60 you still get one stamp, same as someone who spent £10.

I've only been to Nando's a handful of times (maybe three?) when I've been forced. The food isn't that great, the prices are really high and the service isn't great either. But when I complained to customer service about poor food, they were pretty quick off the mark in replying.

Houseofpat, might be worth giving them another go to get a reply.

One of the stores I went to the other day had the Nando's company guidelines for loyalty cards posted on the wall... talks about how loyalty cards are intended to show Nando's generosity & engender goodwill with the customer. Staff are specifically encouraged to give full credit for loyalty cards... Perhaps the staff member you got is not familiar with the guidelines and needs to be introduced (via the store manager if necessary) ;)
  • My local Nandos transferred my stamps onto a new card so I wouldn't lose the freeebies. The only thing is I was only one stamp away from a free meal - and with the new card you need an extra stamp for a free meal - so i'm now another stamp away from a free meal :( bring on the chicken!
