We have scratched and damaged UPVC frames and Im looking to get them repaired. I have tried to clean them up with TCUT but no joy and am looking into http://www.plastic-surgeon.co.uk
Has anyone used this company and if so is it any good.
Or is there another way to resolve the problem?

I would imagine some dg installers would have machines that can polish scratches out0

yes for work but a long time ago for a sanitryware repairs, very good. Are they a franchise?0

Plastic surgeon/magic man are a franchise. The work they do is really good but the costs are quite high, usually around £400/day. We use them on construction project prior to handover but we agree rates with them first, joy of being a main contractor. You can get DIY kits http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/UPVC-SCRATCH-REPAIR-KIT-DAMAGED-BROKEN-WINDOWS-/220799224191 which can do the job if you're happy to have a go. I think its worth a go as if it goes wrong you have the proffesionals in to fix it anyway. Some people don't exaggerate........... They just remember big!0

thanks all for the info. Was a bit dubious as they want credit card info upfront and the quote was a bit steep. Kiran, I'll try the diy kit. I assume then that knackered PVC frames are common on construction projects - makes me feel a bit better about our new and newly knackered frames!0
