Hi all, just got in from work so very little done, other than beds made and quick kitchen tidy before leaving this morning.

Still feel full of cold / sinussy / hayfevery my whole face hurts even my jaw, mostly down one side. Driving home I had a bit of an  moment when my right foot started wobbling and wouldn't stop...

So am just resting for an hour before collecting my little rays of sunshine.

Bedroom very good, as recently decorated so looking after it. Although, yuk alert, I did cut the tots nails last night and haven't hoovered yet... Will do tonight.

    Cute wee beastie, piggers x

ETA well is 20 past 6 and I have sent two naughty babies to bed. One for pushing (his sister and me!) and one for biting. I am well cross with them and told them no sweeties OR biscuits tomorrow.

    Hi and welcome!

There is an intro on page one, and a new thread starts every sunday night. You can follow the lists given, in part or all. Or do your own. Whatever works best for you!

Sometimes our beds need changing on the wrong days, so I mix stuff around. Plus, if I have the Hoover out, I will do a whole floor, not just one room.

Enjoy, each week it gets that little bit easier, as your house gets more under control!

  • Flooring finished upstairs. Sealant is setting as we speak.

Downstairs bathroom is now less four handrails. They were in stupid places and completely unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties, so they may as well not be there - I'm hardly going to curl myself 180 degrees round the side of the cistern and bend over 90 degrees sideways to grab a rail, after all. And, to be honest, the last thing I need when I have to use downstairs because I'm flaring and can't get into the bath is to see an institutional appearance to everything. It's bad enough having taps I can't set the temperature of (because The Disabled are obviously too stupid to use anything other than tepid water to wash in )

Anyhow, downstairs, the drill holes have all been filled with grouting and the new shelf under the mirror (glass and metal, totally unsuitable for the decrepit like myself :), who only deserve plastic, according to officials) is just going up. As soon I have have a spare couple of hundred :roftl:, I'll be changing the loo and the sink as well.

After that, I've got 3 pictures to put up and a clock.

And a Defective Cat to retrieve from inside one of my DMs. His head is stuck.
