    I wasn't talking about the photographs, I meant what was written in the details but it's true that some people don't have the sense they were born with so may make that assumption

    if you think that's bad, you should follow the 'have a look at this!' thread, at the weekend someone linked a property on rightmove where the description of the bathroom had an uncensored version of 'tiled bathroom with matching white fitted sh*te' here: http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-34617046.html

    In that instance, you'd probably count your blessings it wasnt included!

    Since you've now made it clear you meant the text only, most, if not all, schedules/particulars contain a disclaimer making it clear they don't form part of a, or a whole, contract....

    Lol, what about thongs, bikinis, are hangings in the bedroom, or it might also dildos appear in the pictures ??. Are they automatically included ???
