RBS Royalties account

Not too sure if this is the right forum but I need advice.
I have had an account with RBS since I was 17, (12 years ago), and have been paying approximately £6 per month for services and bonuses I have never used.
I was fairly naive when I set this up and was pretty much up sold to the account (which I only needed to get my wages from my first job paid into).
Does anyone know if I can claim anything back from RBS in relation to this account?
I'm heading into the local branch tomorrow as the charge for these services is now £8 per month.:(
