Co-op bank, a WARNING.

Hi jackyann, what is the FD thread please?
I have always been ok with Barclays as you are with the Co-op, unfortunately due to BC and all that.
I too found the Co-op staff very helpful and marked them 5 out of 5, cannot fault them. It appears to be the antiquated system that's at fault.
I've always paid at the pump till now.
There have been problems with Co-op but I thought it had been solved.
It was a very similar thread to this (apart from the pay-at-pump bit!) about forumites' experiences of First Direct.
I always advise anyone who receives Child Benefit, Carers' Allowance or similar, to get it paid in to a small current account, such as Post Office or Co-op, to keep it separate from any bills that may get run up or problems on their usual account.0 -
Seems ordering a new card maybe the answer to the pay at the pump problem,0
